About some measures for optimization of management system by institutes of development

According to the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 1, 2011 "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Reorganize "Kazakhstan Institute of Development of the Industry" joint-stock company by accession to it of joint-stock company "National agency on development of local content of "NADLoC".

2. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To provide to the ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan after execution of Item 1 of this resolution in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) renaming of "Kazakhstan Institute of Development of the Industry" joint-stock company into "Kazakhstan Center of the Industry and Export" joint-stock company;

2) entering of the corresponding changes into some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan including providing determination of object of activity of joint-stock company "The Kazakhstan center of the industry and export.

4. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
