About some questions of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Reorganize in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan public institution "Rayymbeksky district territorial inspection of Committee of the state inspection in agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan" by allocation from it public institution "Kegensky district territorial inspection of Committee of the state inspection in agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
2. Rename the following public institutions:
1) public institution "Enbekshildersky district territorial inspection Comiteta of the state inspection in agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan" in public institution "Territorial inspection of the area Birzhan Sal Comiteta of the state inspection in agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan";
2) public institution "Kachirsky district territorial inspection Komiteta of the state inspection in agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan" in public institution "Territorial inspection of the area Terenkol Komiteta of the state inspection in agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan";
3) public institution "Lebyazhinsky district territorial inspection of Komitet of the state inspection in agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan" in public institution "Territorial inspection of the area Akkula Komitet of the state inspection in agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
3. Determine that financing of organizations is performed for the account and within the means provided in the republican budget for the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. To the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from this resolution.
