About some questions connected with forestry

The Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

I. Due to the execution of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of March 30, 1998 No. 693 "About application of the Forest code of the Azerbaijan Republic approved by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 30, 1997:

1. Approve forms of the logging ticket, the order and the forest ticket (are applied).

2. Approve "Rules of accounting, storage, filling and issue of the logging ticket, the order and the forest ticket" and "Procedure for compensation of damage caused to forestry and losses" (are applied).

II. Exclude from the third paragraph of item 4 of the "Rules of transfer to lease of forest fund" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of October 17, 1998 No. 214, of the word "also the forest ticket is free of charge issued", the second paragraph of the 7th Item of the word "and forest ticket".

III. Rules of accounting, storage, filling and issue of the logging ticket, order and forest ticket

1. General provisions

1.1. These rules according to the Forest code of the Azerbaijan Republic regulate accounting, storage, filling and issue of the logging ticket, order and forest ticket and provision for use of resources of forest fund to legal entities and physical persons irrespective of pattern of ownership and legal form (further - to forest users).

1.2. The logging ticket is the document granting the right to procurement and transportation of wood and minor forest materials.

1.3. The order is the document granting the right to procurement and transportation of wood from the self-tumbled-down or dried up trees, procurement and transportation of wood waste and minor forest materials. The order is issued based on the logging ticket.

2. Accounting and storage of the logging ticket, order and forest ticket

2.1. The logging ticket, the order and the forest ticket belong to forms of the strict reporting.

2.2. Forms of the strict reporting are stored in warehouse of the company and are accepted on accounting in stipulated by the legislation procedure. With the permission of the director they are issued to advance holders (contractors) based on delivery note invoice and the standard individual agreement about full financial responsibility is signed with them. Account of the issued forms of the strict reporting is kept on the off-balance account under the name "Forms of the Strict Reporting", and record of their movement on receipt and expense is conducted on the FN-1G card of accounting of property (values) according to the procedure of material accounting.

2.3. It is not allowed to tear, cross out, soil forms of the strict reporting and to make corrections to them. On the damaged forms of the strict reporting the word registers "is invalid" and the new form is in exchange filled in.
