About approval of standards of the state services in the field of turnover of arms, military equipment and separate types of weapon

According to the subitem 1) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 15, 2013 "About the state services" I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1) the standard of the state service "Licensing for Implementation of Activities for Development, Production, Repair, Acquisition and Realization of Ammunition, Arms and Military Equipment, Spare Parts, Components and Devices to Them, and also Special Materials and the Equipment for Their Production, including Installation, Adjustment, Upgrade, Installation, Use, Storage, Repair and Field Service" according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) the standard of the state service "Licensing for Implementation of Activities for Liquidation (Destruction, Utilization, Burial) and Conversion of the Released Ammunition, Arms, Military Equipment, Special Means" according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) the standard of the state service "Licensing for Implementation of Activities for Development, Production, Repair, Trade, Acquisition of Military Person-portable Small Arms and Cartridges to It" according to appendix 3 to this order.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 29, 2016 No. 292 "About approval of standards of the state services in the field of turnover of arms, military equipment and separate types of weapon" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 13645, it is published on May 11, 2016 in the Information system of law of Ad_let).

3. To provide to development department of defense industry complex of the Ministry of the defense and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of the defense and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan provision in Legal department of the Ministry of the defense and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of the defense and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.
