According to article 159 of the Code of health care of the Republic of Tajikistan the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for provision of guarantees to the health and other workers who are directly participating in rendering antituberculous care and the List of the health and other workers who are directly participating in rendering antituberculous care (appendices 1 and 2).
2. To provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan, local executive bodies of the government implementation of this Procedure in accordance with the established procedure within means of the government budget and at the expense of other sources of financing.
3. Enact this resolution since July 1, 2019.

Appendix 1
to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 29, 2018 No. 603
The procedure for provision of guarantees is directed to the health and other workers who are directly participating in rendering antituberculous care (further - the Procedure) to encouragement and involvement of highly qualified specialists for rendering antituberculous care.
2. Labor, social, financial privileges and other guarantees, stipulated by the legislation are provided to the health and other workers who are directly participating in rendering antituberculous care (further - health workers).
3. To health workers working hours not over 35 hours a week and annual additional vacation according to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan are established.
4. To official pay rate of health workers the allowance in the amount of 100 percent according to the tariff charge is established.
5. Exclusive treatments in sanatoria and resorts are guaranteed to health workers.
6. In case of the death of the health worker from tuberculosis members of his family before achievement of age of majority by children remain under the care of the state and the 100 percent salary before achievement of age of majority by children is paid to its family.
7. The allowance is provided in the amount of 100 percent to official pay rate of health workers who are engaged in the centers and hospitals of republican, regional, city and district level, antitubercular sanatoria, laboratories, departments and the specialized reorientated chambers of medical institutions.
8. Labor unions of the relevant healthcare institutions shall provide first of all the permit in sanatoria and resorts to the health workers who are engaged in rendering antituberculous care. The sanatoria and resorts chosen to health workers shall be the answering factor for recovery of the state of health.
9. The relevant healthcare institutions shall provide to family of the health worker who died of tuberculosis before achievement of age of majority by children the 100 percent salary. Documentation connected with salary payment is constituted from the relevant healthcare institution.
10. Financing of this Procedure is performed at the expense of the government budget, and also other extrabudgetary funds, grants and other additional sources which are not forbidden by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.
11. The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan in the government budget provides every year necessary means for payment of the above-stated guarantees.
12. Local executive bodies of the government during planning of the local budget shall consider execution of this Procedure.
13. Realization of this Procedure requires acceptance of organizational, material and financial measures.
14. Execution of this Procedure gives the chance as much as possible to involve physicians to antitubercular work, to improve their social position and to create conditions for education of skilled physicians.

The health and other workers who are directly participating in rendering antituberculous care in the centers and hospitals of republican, regional, city and district level, antitubercular sanatoria, laboratories, departments and the special reorientated chambers of medical institutions having right to the state guarantees:
- structure of management (heads and deputy managers);
- doctors;
- average medical personnel;
- junior medical personnel;
- medical psychologist;
- tutors;
- teachers;
- workers of household department (workers of warehouses, the hairdresser, the presser, seamstresses, workers of the dining room, nurses, janitors, security guards, drivers of special machines and other workers in operating time in departments and chambers).
