According to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 24, 2011 No. 1122 "About additional payments to the military personnel passing military service under the contract, the staff of law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation for accomplishment of the tasks connected with risk (the increased danger) to life and health in peace time" (1) - I order:
(1) Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 1, Art. 162; 2013, No. 6, Art. 561; 2015, No. 28, Art. 4246.
1. Determine the allowance sizes to official pay rate to the staff of law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation for accomplishment of the tasks which are directly connected with risk (the increased danger) to life and health in peace time (appendix No. 1).
2. Approve the List of positions of staff of law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation in case of which substitution the allowance to official pay rate for accomplishment of the tasks which are directly connected with risk (the increased danger) to life and health in peace time (appendix No. 2) is established.
3. Recognize invalid regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and separate instructions of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia according to the List (appendix No. 3).
