3. To chiefs of the educational organizations of system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia:

3.1. Organize purchase and issue of sets of clothes, footwear, soft stock, the equipment to graduates of the educational organizations of system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia - to orphan children and children without parental support, persons from among orphan children and children without parental support, to persons who lost during training of both parents or the single parent or to pay monetary compensation for acquisition of clothes, footwear, soft stock and the equipment in the amount of, necessary for acquisition of clothes, footwear, soft stock and the equipment, according to Norma of providing approved by this order.

3.2. Represent to Department on financial and economic policy and providing social guarantees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and Department of public service and personnel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation the generalized information about the number of graduates of the educational organizations of system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia - orphan children and children without parental support, persons from among orphan children and children without parental support, persons who lost during training of both parents or the single parent till September 15 annually.

Bring requirements of this order to orphan children and children without parental support, persons from among orphan children and children without parental support, persons who lost during training of both parents or the single parent studying in the educational organizations of system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

4. Recognize voided Chapter XX of the Procedure for the providing law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation with cash allowance of employees approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia of January 31, 2013 No. 65 ***.
