2. The sterilizer with electric heating which principle of work is based on sterilization by means of the chemical (ethylene oxide or peroxide of hydrogen) heated to temperature necessary for carrying out sterilization intended for sterilization of the thermolabile medical equipment, tools or laboratory and medical rooms, according to the Basic rules of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1 and 6 is classified in subline item of 8419 20 000 0 single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
