About classification of mochepriyemnik according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union
According to paragraph 1 of Item 1 of Article 22 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:
1. Mochepriyemnik representing sterile one-time product from polymeric material, consisting of sack for collection of urine with the put measuring scale of the valve preventing the return throwing of urine, the T-shaped drain valve, the drainage flexible tube with the conic connector intended for connection to urological catheter or outside men's catheter according to the Basic rule of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1 is classified in goods item of the 3926th single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union (examples of images of mochepriyemnik are given in appendix).
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
