According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2003 "About compulsory insurance of the tourist" the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve:

1) Requirements to ассистанс the company with which the insurer signs the agreement on provision insured assistansa according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

2) Rules of interaction of the insurer with ассистанс the company and payments of cost of the services rendered by medical and other institution insured in coordination with ассистанс the company according to appendix 2 to this resolution;

3) the insurance Territory according to obligatory insurance programs of the tourist according to appendix 3 to this resolution.

2. To department of regulation of the non-bank financial organizations (Kosherbayeva A. M.) in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:

1) together with Legal department (Sarsenov N. V.) state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this resolution its direction in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this resolution on official Internet resource of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this resolution submission to Legal department of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 2), 3) of this Item and Item 3 of this resolution.

3. To management on consumer protection of financial services and external communications (Terentyev A. L.) provide within ten calendar days after state registration of this resolution the direction it to the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice-chairman of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kurmanov Zh. B.

5. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2019 and is subject to official publication.

Requirements to ассистанс the company with which the insurer signs the agreement on provision insured assistansa

1. These Requirements to ассистанс the company with which the insurer signs the agreement on provision insured assistansa (further - Requirements) are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2003 "About compulsory insurance of the tourist" (further - the Law) and determine requirements to ассистанс the company with which the insurer signs the agreement on provision insured assistansa (further - the agreement).

2. For the conclusion of the agreement the insurer chooses ассистанс the company having the round-the-clock multilingual coordination center and regional network in the country (place) of temporary stay insured or agreements with the carriers, medical and other institutions having licenses for rendering the provided services insured, conforming to the following requirements:

1) is legal entity the resident or the nonresident of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Provides 2) ассистанс at least 10 (ten) years;

3) the Internet resource, multichannel phone number and (or) mobile application for the emergency receipt of the notification on loss occurrence has, data messages on the insurance certificate and (or) the insurance policy from insured or his representative for the purpose of provision of assistans, approval of actions and implementation of the expenses provided by the Program of compulsory insurance of the tourist according to appendix to the Law;

Services 4) the insured by means of Internet resource, multichannel phone number and (or) mobile application of 365 (three hundred sixty five) days in year the workers owning including, Kazakh and (or) Russian and English languages, in the way:

provisions of recommendations and (or) instructions about actions insured in case of approach of the events having signs of insured event and procedure for receipt of necessary services in the territory of insurance;

the organizations of medical and other services insured in case of receipt of information about its insured event which occurred event and recognition;

provisions of a guarantee for payment of cost of the rendered medical and other services insured, including by request of such guarantee at the insurer (in case of availability of such requirement at medical and other institutions);

quality control and amount of the rendered medical and other services insured, and also terms of their rendering;

control of compliance of the rendered medical and other services to the insured bill which is made out for payment for the rendered services, and also compliance of cost of the rendered medical and other services to the prices operating in the territory of insurance during their rendering;

payments of cost of the rendered services to medical and other institution according to Rules of interaction of the insurer with ассистанс the company and payments of cost of the services rendered by medical and other institution insured in coordination with ассистанс the company, approved by this resolution;

5) is provided by accounting of addresses insured, and also acceptance and storage of information and (or) the documents received from:

the insurer according to the drawn-up insurance policies;

insured or his representative about the events recognized as insured events (telephone conversations, images, text, audio, video of the message);

medical and other institutions about the rendered services to insured.

3. Ассистанс the company conforms to the requirements specified in Item 2 of Requirements of date of the conclusion of the contract with the insurer, and also during all duration of the agreement.
