Chapter 1. Procedure and terms of renewal of the license for implementation of insurance, reinsurance, mutual insurance, intermediary activities as insurance broker in case of change of the data specified in it

1.1. For renewal of the license for implementation of insurance, reinsurance, mutual insurance, intermediary activities as insurance broker (further - the license for implementation of insurance activity) the subject of insurance case within 10 working days from the date of state registration of changes in the data containing in the license for implementation of insurance activity or from the date of acceptance by the subject of insurance case of the decision on modification of the data containing in the license for implementation of insurance activity (if state registration of the made changes is not required), shall submit the following documents to the Bank of Russia:

the statement for renewal of the license for implementation of insurance activity (the recommended sample is given in appendix 1 to this Instruction);

the document on payment of the state fee for renewal of the document confirming availability of the license for implementation of insurance activity.

1.2. For renewal of the license for implementation of insurance activity in case of change of data on the name (trade name) and (or) the location of the subject of insurance case - the legal entity the subject of insurance case - the legal entity along with the documents specified in Item 1.1 of this Instruction shall submit the following documents to the Bank of Russia:

the copy of the charter (changes in the charter) the subject of insurance case;

the copy of the decision of authorized body of the subject of insurance case on approval of the charter of the subject of the insurance case containing information on the changes made to the charter of the subject of insurance case.

1.3. For renewal of the license for implementation of insurance activity in case of change of data on surname, name, middle name (in the presence) and (or) the residence of the subject of insurance case - the individual entrepreneur the subject of insurance case - the individual entrepreneur along with the documents specified in Item 1.1 of this Instruction shall submit the following documents to the Bank of Russia:

copy of the identity document;

the copy of the document confirming registration address of the individual entrepreneur at the place of residence in the territory of the Russian Federation.

1.4. For renewal of the license for implementation of insurance activity in case of change of data on the list of the types of insurance performed by society of mutual insurance, society of mutual insurance along with the documents specified in Item 1.1 of this Instruction shall submit the following documents to the Bank of Russia:

copy of the charter of society of mutual insurance;

the copy of the decision of general meeting of members of society of mutual insurance on approval of the charter of society of the mutual insurance containing information on modification of the list of the types of insurance specified in the charter;

information about members of society of mutual insurance with indication of their valuable interest concerning implementation of mutual insurance on the types of insurance determined in the charter of society of mutual insurance.

1.5. Decision making about renewal of the license for implementation of insurance activity shall be performed by the Bank of Russia in time, not exceeding twenty working days from the date of submission by the subject of insurance case to the Bank of Russia of the documents provided by Items 1.1 - 1.4 presents of the Instruction.

In case of representation by the subject of insurance case of the documents provided by Items 1.1 - 1.4 presents of the Instruction, not in full the Bank of Russia shall send to the subject of insurance case to the time specified in paragraph one of this Item the notification with the list of missing documents and terms of their representation. The direction to the subject of insurance case of the specified notification shall be performed by its placement in private office of the participant of information exchange, the reference to which is posted on the official site of the Bank of Russia on the Internet, according to the procedure established by the Instruction of the Bank of Russia of November 3, 2017 No. 4600-U "About order of interaction of the Bank of Russia with credit institutions, not credit financial credit institutions and other participants of information exchange when using by them of information resources of the Bank of Russia, including private office", registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on January 11, 2018 No. 49605 (further - the Instruction No. 4600-U).
