3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is applied since November 6, 2018.

1. This Procedure determines the remuneration payment mechanism to members of Public council of the international experts for the period of accomplishment of the powers by them according to article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Supreme anti-corruption court".
2. Remuneration in the amount of official pay rate of the judge of the Supreme Court is paid to members of Public council of the international experts for the period of their participation in procedures of candidate screen to positions of judges of the Supreme anti-corruption court.
Remuneration payment to members of Public council of the international experts is performed by GSA.
3. Remuneration payment to members of Public council of the international experts is performed monthly in proportion to the number of calendar days from the date of the admission of candidates to passing of qualification estimation for participation in tender on holding the post of the judge of the Supreme anti-corruption court and before date of the announcement the Highest qualification commission of judges of results of such tender.
To the members of Public council of the international experts appointed after the announcement of tender to holding the post of the judge of the Supreme anti-corruption court, payment of remuneration is performed from acceptance date by the Highest qualification commission of judges of the decision on appointment of members of Public council of the international experts and before date of the announcement the Highest qualification commission of judges of results of such tender.
4. Remuneration payment to the member of Public council of the international experts for the period of accomplishment of the powers by it is performed based on the written application of the member of the Public council of the international experts in GSA constituted in Ukrainian.
The secretariat of the Highest qualification commission of judges directs to GSA the decisions of the Highest qualification commission of judges of Ukraine on the admission certified properly to passing of qualification estimation of candidates for judgeship of the Supreme anti-corruption court and about date of the announcement of results of tender to holding the post of the judge of the Supreme anti-corruption court no later than the next working day from the date of their acceptance, and in the case provided by the paragraph the second Item 3 presents of the Procedure - the decision on appointment of members of Public council of the international experts.
5. The member of Public council of the international experts encloses the passport copy of the citizen of Ukraine or the copy of the international passport of the foreigner and the copy of accounting card of the taxpayer according to Articles to the specified application 41, of 63, 70 Tax codes of Ukraine and to the Regulations on registration of physical persons in the State register of physical persons taxpayers approved by the Ministry of Finance.
6. Money transfer is performed on the open account in bank of Ukraine specified in the written application of the member of Public council of the international experts.

This Procedure determines the compensation for expenses mechanism on moving and residence in Ukraine to members of Public council of the international experts for the period of their participation in procedures of candidate screen to positions of judges of the Supreme anti-corruption court according to article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Supreme anti-corruption court".
2. The following expenses are compensated to members of Public council of the international experts for the period of their participation in procedures of candidate screen to positions of judges of the Supreme anti-corruption court in the presence of supporting documents:
on moving (including on luggage transport, booking of the transport tickets and other expenses connected with acquisition of tickets and insurance payments on transport) to Kiev and back;
on payment of cost of accommodation in hotels, other premises.
Acquisition of travel documents and payment of accounts for accommodation can be performed by GSA.
