Questions of activities of the Ministry of cases of veterans of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Form the Ministry of cases of veterans of Ukraine.

2. Liquidate Public service of Ukraine for veterans of war and participants of anti-terrorist operation.

3. Determine that the Ministry of cases of veterans is legal successor of property, the rights and obligations of Public service of Ukraine for veterans of war and participants of anti-terrorist operation which is liquidated.

4. Form the commission on liquidation of Public service of Ukraine for veterans of war and participants of anti-terrorist operation.

Approve as the chairman of said commission of the First Deputy Chairman of Public service of Ukraine for veterans of war and participants of anti-terrorist operation - Maltsev Igor Vsevolodovich.

To the commission chairman:

approve its members;

provide implementation of the actions connected with liquidation of Public service of Ukraine for veterans of war and participants of anti-terrorist operation;

inform in six-months time the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on results of the carried-out work.

5. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

6. To the ministry of cases of veterans to submit to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the project of the Regulations on the ministry in a month.

7. To the Ministry of Finance prepare and submit to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine proposals concerning introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2019", having provided the expenses necessary for content of the Ministry of cases of veterans.

8. To fund of state-owned property together with the Ministry of cases of veterans to introduce in accordance with the established procedure to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine offers concerning placement of the Ministry.

2) to exclude the following line item: "Public service of Ukraine for veterans of war and participants of anti-terrorist operation 115 115".

In the scheme of the direction and coordination of activities of the central executive bodies by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the corresponding cabinet ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 10, 2014 No. 442 "About optimization of system of the central executive bodies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 74, the Art. 2105):
