ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

About approval of the Actions plan of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2018 on program implementation of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "Unity. Trust. Creation"

For the purpose of program implementation of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "Unity. Trust. Creation", the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the Resolution of Jogorku Kenesh of April 20, 2018 No. 2377-VI, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the Actions plan of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2018 on program implementation of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "Unity. Trust. Creation" (further - the Plan) according to appendix.

2. To state bodies and local government bodies (in coordination):

- take specific measures for accomplishment of the Plan at the scheduled time;

- monthly, no later than the 5th following the accounting period to provide information on accomplishment of the Plan in the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic for generalization.

3. To the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic monthly, no later than the 20th following the accounting period to provide in Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic the summarized information on the course of accomplishment of the Plan.

4. Establish the personal responsibility of heads of state bodies and heads of local government bodies for high-quality and timely accomplishment of the Plan.

5. Declare invalid the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Actions plan of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2018 on program implementation of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "Zhanna expensively kyrk to codes" of January 31, 2018 No. 74.

6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the relevant departments of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

7. This Resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
