In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 20, 2018 "About first-priority measures for creation of legal and institutional base of development of public-private partnership" and for the purpose of providing the effective organization of activities of the Agency on development of public-private partnership under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. PP-3980:

1. Approve:

structure of the Agency on development of public-private partnership under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan with extreme number of managerial personnel in number of 30 units according to appendix No. 1;

Regulations on the Agency on development of public-private partnership under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Agency) according to appendix No. 2;

The amount of the one-time payment levied from the winner of the tender or participants of direct negotiations for successful execution of the agreement on public-private partnership according to appendix No. 3.

2. To the agency together with the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan in three-months time to develop and start the Single information portal of public-private partnership of the Republic of Uzbekistan, with providing open entry for all interested legal entities and physical persons to the developed information on the held competitions, implementable projects, the rendered services in the public-private partnership sphere.

3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan to allocate to the Agency limit for maintenance of three units of vehicles, including one unit personal and two units of vehicles on duty.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister - the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan D. A. Kuchkarov.
