2. Bring in the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About creation of Research institution of molecular biology and medicine under the National center of cardiology and therapy under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 22, 2002 No. 580 the following changes:

- Items 1, 2 and 4 to recognize invalid.

3. To the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic and Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic:
