The government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of Turkmenistan which further are referred to as with "Parties"

being guided by Program provisions between the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of Turkmenistan on further deepening of cooperation in spheres of health care and sport for 2016 - 2018 signed on October 8, 2015

based on the mutual aspiration to support and deepen long-term cooperation in the field of health care and sanatorium treatment,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The purpose of this agreement is interaction of the Parties in the field of health care and the organization of sanatorium treatment of children from Uzbekistan in the sanatorium and improving centers of Turkmenistan, including in the National tourist area of Avaz.

The number of the children specified in this Article is determined by approval between the Parties.

Article 2

For the purpose of implementation of this agreement Uzbek side:

beforehand provides creation and representation to the Turkmen side of lists of the children directed for treatment in the sanatorium and improving centers of Turkmenistan of Uzbekistan and their accompanying persons with appendix of necessary documents;

determines the necessary number of the accompanied persons proceeding from total number of the children directed for treatment in the sanatorium and improving centers of Turkmenistan;

provides timely execution of exit documents of the children and their accompanying persons directed for treatment;

handles issue of transportation of children and persons accompanying them in destination and back by rail;

will organize extended coverage of the held events within this agreement in mass media of Uzbekistan.

Article 3

For the purpose of implementation of this agreement Turkmen side:

renders assistance in the solution of organizational matters and creating favorable conditions for children and persons accompanying them during stay in the sanatorium and improving centers of Turkmenistan, including in the National tourist area of Avaz;

provides discount at the rate to 50% of the approved permit price, the discount size from the approved price is determined as agreed by the parties in each case separately;

promotes execution of entrance visas and temporary registration for children and persons accompanying them, without collection of consular, migratory and other fees;

renders assistance in the asked crossing of the Uzbek-Turkmen Frontier of the vehicles transporting children and accompanying them persons in destination and back;

takes measures for safety of children and accompanying persons during their stay in the territory of Turkmenistan.

Article 4

Each Party independently incurs the expenses connected with implementation of provisions of this agreement if in each case other procedure is not approved.

Article 5

By mutual consent of the Parties changes and additions which are drawn up by separate protocols which are its integral part can be made to this agreement.

Article 6

All disagreements on application and interpretation of provisions of this agreement will be solved by consultations and negotiations between the Parties.

Article 7

This agreement becomes effective from the date of its signing and is effective before the expiration of 2 (two) months from the date of receipt of one of the Parties of the written notice of other Party of intention to stop its action.

It is made in the city of Tashkent on April 23, 2018 in two authentic copies, everyone in the Uzbek, Turkmen and Russian languages, and all texts are equally authentic.

In case of discrepancy between texts, the Parties address to the text in Russian.
