About approval of the Standard regulations on territorial rates of civil protection and health and safety, the educational and methodical centers of civil protection and health and safety
According to Item 48 parts two of Article 17, to parts one, third article 91 of the Code of civil protection of Ukraine, to Item 5 of the Procedure for carrying out training of administrative board and specialists whose activities are connected with the organization and implementation of actions for questions of civil protection of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of October 23, 2013 No. 819 (with changes), and for the purpose of increase in efficiency of functioning of the educational and methodical centers of the sphere of civil protection ORDER:
1. Approve Standard regulations on territorial rates of civil protection and health and safety, the educational and methodical centers of civil protection and health and safety which are applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of May 29, 2014 No. 523 "About approval of the Standard regulations on territorial rates, the educational and methodical centers of civil protection and health and safety", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 13, 2014 for No. 624/25401.
3. To management of interaction with Public service of Ukraine on emergency situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (the Racer of VA.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
