2. In the note 4C to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 54) the words "for 04.01.2019 inclusive" shall be replaced with words No. "for 04.01.2021 inclusive".

3. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 5, 2019.
