About establishment of rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning separate types of the impregnated fish roe and about modification of the inventory and rates to which during the transition period the Kyrgyz Republic applies the rates of import customs duties other than rates of the duties established by the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union

According to articles 42 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) concerning the separate types of the impregnated fish roe classified by code 0511 91 901 9 of the CN FEA EEU in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from the effective date this Decision till February 28, 2022 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 № 54) the following changes:

a) to add line item with code 0511 91 901 9 of the CN FEA EEU in the column of the fourth with the reference to the note "48C";

b) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union with the note 48C of the following content:

<48С> The rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from the effective date Decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 11, 2018 No. 198 till 28.02.2022 inclusive.".

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of 29.06.2021 No. 70

4. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
