RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE

of July 28, 2003 No. 1170

About approval of the list of especially important power generation facilities which are subject to protection by the departmental militarized protection in interactions with specialized divisions of other central executive bodies

According to article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "About power industry" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the list of especially important power generation facilities which are subject to protection by the departmental militarized protection in interaction with specialized divisions of other central executive bodies it (is applied).

2. To the Ministry of Fuel and Energy together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Security service, the Ministry of questions of emergency situations and for protection the population from effects of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash and the Ministry of transport to develop and approve in three-months time order of interaction of divisions of the departmental militarized protection with specialized divisions of other central executive bodies on protection of especially important power generation facilities.
