About features of functioning of bank system of Ukraine in the conditions of warlike situation
According to Articles 7, 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to the Law of Ukraine "About legal regime of warlike situation", for the purpose of ensuring reliability and banking system stability in the conditions of the warlike situation Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Determine that need, the procedure, amounts and terms of implementation of the actions provided by regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine concerning functioning of bank system of Ukraine in the special period which list is attached are determined by separate decisions of the National Bank of Ukraine.
2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Smoliya Ya. V.
3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
