According to items 4 both 64, subitems 22) and 23) of Item 1 of article 98 of the Entrepreneurial code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 29, 2015 the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES: the 9th Articles

1. Approve enclosed:

1) form of the certificate on accreditation;

2) Rules of carrying out accreditation, basis and procedure for cancellation of accreditation of associations of subjects of private entrepreneurship and other non-profit organizations.

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 28, 2015 No. 1090 "About approval of the Standard regulations on advisory councils concerning private entrepreneurship" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2015, Art. No. 72-73-74, 547) the following changes and amendments:

"According to Item 9 of Article 64, the subitem 23) of Item 1 of article 98 of the Entrepreneurial code of the Republic of Kazakhstan the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:";

"1) to receipt of expert opinions from accredited associations of subjects of private entrepreneurship, National chamber of entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - National chamber), the self-regulatory organizations based on obligatory membership (participation) and other non-profit organizations on projects of regulatory legal acts, drafts of international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also international treaties which participant the Republic of Kazakhstan intends to become, infringing on interests of entrepreneurship;";

to state heading of Chapter 2 in the following edition:

"Chapter 2. Procedure for forming of advisory councils";

to state part one of item 4 in the following edition:

"4. The structure of advisory council is created of representatives of National chamber, the self-regulatory organizations based on obligatory membership (participation), the associations of subjects of private entrepreneurship and other non-profit organizations accredited according to the procedure established by the legislation and also state body.";

to state part one of Item 5 in the following edition:

"5. The structure of advisory council consists of the chairman, his deputy (deputies), the secretary and members of council.";

to state heading of Chapter 3 in the following edition:

"Chapter 3. Procedure for activities of advisory councils";

state Item 8 in the following edition:

"8. Working body of advisory council:

1) during the period between meetings of advisory council will organize its work;

2) is sent by the notification to advisory council and National chamber on placement of the corresponding project of the regulatory legal act infringing on interests of subjects of entrepreneurship on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts for receipt of the expert opinion, including in case of each subsequent approval of this project with the interested state bodies, and places the project of regulatory legal act on official Internet resource of state body. *;

3) performs preparation of project materials, brought on meeting of advisory council;

4) provides preparation and signing of the protocol following the results of meeting of advisory council;

5) not later than ten working days before carrying out advisory council notifies members of advisory council on the place, time of carrying out and the agenda of meeting of advisory council and provides them with required materials;

6) within five working days from the date of approval of decisions of meeting of advisory council sends the copy of the protocol to members expert soveta*.

* The direction of the notification in advisory council and National chamber on placement of the corresponding project of the regulatory legal act infringing on interests of subjects of entrepreneurship, on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts for receipt of the expert opinion and placement of this project on official Internet resource of state body, the direction of the protocol of advisory council, and also implementation of preparation of project materials, brought on meeting of advisory council, can be performed by structural division developer of working body.";
