1. Approve:

- Regulations on issue of permission to placement of teleradio channel in analog broadcasting and (or) in digital packet of broadcasting irrespective of the applied technologies according to appendix 1;

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The regulations on issue of permission to placement of teleradio channel in analog broadcasting and (or) in digital packet of broadcasting (further - the Provision) determine procedure for issue, renewal, failure, suspension, termination, cancellation and renewal of permission to the teleradio organizations and operators of TV and radio broadcasting to placement of teleradio channel in analog broadcasting and (or) in digital packet of broadcasting irrespective of the applied technologies (further - permission).

2. Persons irrespective of form of business and the patterns of ownership wishing to perform activities for creation, completing and distribution of teleradio channels shall get permission according to the procedure, established by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About licensed authorization system in the Kyrgyz Republic", "About television and broadcasting" and this Provision.

3. Issue of permission is performed by Department of information and mass communications under the Ministry of Culture, information and tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the licensor).
