provisions of Item 6 of Rules of determination and application of price increment on the capacity delivered in price zones of the wholesale market by subjects of the wholesale market - electric power producers (capacity), for the purpose of achievement in the territories of the Far Eastern Federal District of the basic levels of the prices (rates) for electrical energy (capacity) approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 28, 2017 No. 895 "About achievement in the territories of the Far Eastern Federal District of basic levels of the prices (rates) for electrical energy (capacity)" planned for the next period of regulation are not applied when calculating the size of the means considered in case of determination of price increment on capacity, for 2019 concerning the subject of the Russian Federation entering the Far Eastern Federal District which part of the territory joins since January 1, 2019 Power pool system of Russia;
