About features of disclosure by banks of information which is subject to disclosure according to requirements of article 44 of the Federal law "About Deposit Insurance in Banks of the Russian Federation"

1. Determine that if concerning the bank obliged to open information on persons under control or considerable influence of which it is, and (or) concerning persons, disclosure of information on whom is provided by the regulation of the Central bank of the Russian Federation regulating procedure for disclosure of information on persons under control or considerable influence of which, there are participating banks of deposit insurance system of physical persons in banks of the Russian Federation, the foreign state, national association and (or) the union and (or) the public (interstate) institution of foreign state or national associations and (or) unions enter measures of restrictive nature, then such bank has the right to make the decision not to perform disclosure of information which is subject to disclosure according to requirements of article 44 of the Federal law "About Deposit Insurance in Banks of the Russian Federation" and (or) to limit structure and amount of such information on condition of disclosure of this information to the Central bank of the Russian Federation with simultaneous informing the Central bank of the Russian Federation on adoption of the specified decision.

2. Recommend to the Central bank of the Russian Federation not to perform disclosure of information obtained from banks in the cases specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
