About features of disclosure by non-bank credit institutions of information which is subject to disclosure according to requirements of the Federal Law "About the Central Bank Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)"

1. Determine that if concerning the non-bank credit institution having the right to implementation of money transfers without opening of bank accounts and the related other banking activities and (or) concerning persons, disclosure of information on whom is provided by the regulation of the Central bank of the Russian Federation regulating procedure for disclosure of information on persons under control or considerable influence of which, there is non-bank credit institution, the foreign state, national association and (or) the union and (or) the public (interstate) institution of foreign state or national associations and (or) the unions enter measures of restrictive nature, then such non-bank credit institution has the right to make the decision not to perform disclosure of information, the part seven of article 62.1 of the Federal law "About the Central Bank Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)" which is subject to disclosure according to requirements and (or) to limit structure and amount of such information on condition of disclosure of this information to the Central bank of the Russian Federation with simultaneous informing the Central bank of the Russian Federation on adoption of the specified decision.

2. Recommend to the Central bank of the Russian Federation not to perform disclosure of information obtained from non-bank credit institutions in the cases specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
