About features of disclosure by credit institutions of information which is subject to disclosure according to requirements of the Federal Law "About Banks and Banking Activity"

According to part of the sixteenth article 8 of the Federal law "About Banks and Banking Activity" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Determine that if concerning credit institution and (or) the members of its board of directors (supervisory board), persons holding positions of sole executive body, his deputies, members of collegiate executive body, the chief accountant, the deputy chief accountant of credit institution, the head, the chief accountant of branch of credit institution, the foreign state, national association and (or) the union and (or) the public (interstate) institution of foreign state or national associations and (or) unions enter measures of restrictive nature, then such credit institution has the right to make the decision not to perform disclosure of information which is subject to disclosure according to the Federal Law "About Banks and Banking Activity" and (or) to limit structure and (or) amount of such information on condition of disclosure to the Central bank of the Russian Federation of information, subject to disclosure to it according to the Federal Law "About Banks and Banking Activity", with simultaneous informing the Central bank of the Russian Federation on adoption of the specified decision.

2. Recommend to the Central bank of the Russian Federation not to perform disclosure of information obtained from credit institutions in the cases specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
