1. Determine the Federal Treasury the authorized federal executive body performing functions:

on development in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation of functional requirements to unified information system in the sphere of purchases;

on creation, development, maintaining and servicing of unified information system in the sphere of purchases;

on establishment of order of registration in unified information system in the sphere of purchases and procedure for use of unified information system in the sphere of purchases.

2. Realization of the powers provided by this resolution is performed within the number of employees of central office and territorial authorities of the Federal Treasury, and also budgetary appropriations provided to the Federal Treasury in the federal budget on management and management in the sphere of the established functions established by the Government of the limiting Russian Federation.

3. To perform financial provision of the payment commitments connected with maintaining unified information system in the sphere of purchases regarding support of its users and also other expenses connected with transfer to the specified function from the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation to the Federal Treasury by transfer in the procedure established by the budget legislation of the Russian Federation to the Federal Treasury of the budgetary appropriations provided to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation on accomplishment of the specified function.

4. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

Suspend Item 2 of Rules of maintaining the register of the single suppliers of goods which production is created or modernized and accustoms in the territory of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 27, 2017 No. 231 "About maintaining the register of the single suppliers of goods which production is created or modernized and accustoms in the territory of the Russian Federation, and about determination of the federal executive body authorized on maintaining the register of the single suppliers of goods which production is created or modernized and accustoms in the territory of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 10, of the Art. 1493), regarding maintaining the register to unified information system in the sphere of purchases till January 1, 2018.

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

In Rules of functioning of unified information system in the sphere of the purchases approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 23, 2015 No. 1414 "About procedure for functioning of unified information system in the sphere of purchases" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 2, the Art. 324):
