1. The fund notifies the Pension fund on the pension agreement of early non-state pension provision which is again signed by it (further - the agreement) by the direction within one month from the date of its signing of the notification on the agreement which is again signed by it (further - the notification) with application of a copy of the agreement. The specified documents go fund to the Pension fund electronically, signed by the strengthened qualified digital signature.

2. The notification shall contain the following data:

number and date of the conclusion of the agreement;

full trade name of fund, its identification taxpayer number (ITN), number and date of issue of license for activities on provision of pensions and pension insurance;

full name of the investor, its identification taxpayer number (ITN), the address specified in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;

data on agreement parties for benefit of which means for pension payment under the agreement (surname, name and (in the presence) middle name according to the identity document are created; floor, birth date, number of the insurance certificate of mandatory pension insurance) (in the presence of the data specified in this paragraph);

sequence number of the notification current calendar year.

3. In case of obtaining by fund from the Pension fund of information on discrepancy of the received notification to requirements of this Instruction, the fund shall eliminate the specified discrepancies and direct the notification repeatedly within five working days from the date of obtaining from the Pension fund of information on such discrepancy.

4. This Instruction becomes effective after 10 days after day of its official publication.
