Due to the functional and structural changes in system of state bodies of the executive authority of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to article 2 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About procedure for conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Approve the List of the authorized bodies having the right to conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship (further - the List), according to appendix.

3. Appoint the Minister of Economic Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic the official representative of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to consideration of this List by Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. Declare invalid the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the List of the authorized bodies having the right to conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship" of March 9, 2012 No. 166.
