About payment terms of work of employees of Republican organization of prosthetic and orthopedic products of the Ministry of Labour and social development of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of enhancement and streamlining of payment terms of work of employees of Republican organization of prosthetic and orthopedic products of the Ministry of Labour and social development of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic
Decides:
1. Approve:
- the sizes of official pay rates of employees of Republican organization of prosthetic and orthopedic products of the Ministry of Labour and social development of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - Republican organization) according to appendix 1;
- the sizes of the tariff charges of main working (specialists master) of Republican organization according to appendix 2;
- the sizes of official pay rates of technical and junior service personnel of Republican organization according to appendix 3;
- qualification requirements to employees of Republican organization according to appendix 4;
- the sizes of percentage length-of-service allowances of employees of Republican organization according to appendix 5.
2. Determine that:
1) allowances are paid to employees of Republican organization:
- for work with special working conditions (occupied on hard work, works with harmful, dangerous and other special working conditions) according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;
2) percentage allowances from actually performed works in the following sizes are paid to main working (specialists master):
- for work with persons as limited opportunities of health - to 30 percent;
for professional skill from 10 to 25 percent:
3 category - 10 percent;
4 category - 15 percent;
5 category - 20 percent;
6 category - 25 percent;
3) allowances at the rate to 50 percent from official pay rate are paid for accomplishment of especially important work;
4) to administrative and management personnel in case of accomplishment of the production plan, for complexity, quality and results of work is considered personal deposit of the worker in its achievements, and the Individual Performance Factors (IPF) from 1,1 to 2,3 are applied to the sizes of official pay rates;
5) the following allowances are paid to technical and junior service personnel:
- to drivers of cars for irregular working hours - 25 percent from official pay rate;
- to security guards for each working hours at night - in the increased size, not below the one-and-a-half size from the hour tariff charge;
- to cleaners of service and production premises, public toilets for work using synthetic washing and disinfectants - 25 percent from official pay rate;
- to workers for work at hot electric stoves and cabinet ovens kitchen - 25 percent from official pay rate;
6) to workers allowances for work in the mountain and remote areas on district coefficients according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic are charged.
3. Determine that the benefit for improvement at a rate of not less than two-month salary fund is paid to administrative and management personnel of Republican organization in case of exit in labor leave.
4. Grant the right to the head of Republican organization to allocate the fund of compensation saved within year for the stimulating payments to workers for high and high-quality results of work, for accomplishment of the production plan, manifestation of professional, creative initiative and for rational offers.
Determine that the specified stimulating payments are made in the amount of no more than two average monthly salaries of workers, following the results of work in year.
5. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 30.03.2022 No. 181
6. This Resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2017.
