Determine that concerning goods for private use which customs declaring is performed according to the subitem "an" of Item 2 of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of October 16, 2018 No. 158, customs duties taxes levied at the single rates, customs duties for making by customs authorities of the customs transactions connected with release of the specified goods (if such customs fees are established by the legislation of state member of the Eurasian Economic Union), and the penalty fee charged on the specified customs payments is paid based on the document on payment of customs duties, taxes concerning goods for private use which customs declaring is performed with use of the passenger customs declaration for express loads, or till February 1, 2020 - based on the customs receipt order.

3. This Decision becomes effective since July 1, 2019.

1. This Procedure determines rules of filling of the document on payment of customs duties, taxes concerning goods for private use which customs declaring is performed with use of the passenger customs declaration for express loads (further – the document on payment), in the form of the electronic document and in document type on paper.

2. The document on payment in the form of the electronic document is filled in according to the structure established for such document.

The document on payment in document type is on paper filled in in the form approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of November 20, 2018 No. 185.

3. When filling the document on payment the reference books and qualifiers which are the parts of resources of single system of normative reference information of the Eurasian Economic Union, and also the reference books and qualifiers used for the customs purposes, created and which are subject to application according to the legislation of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union are applied (further – state members).
