adopts this Law which is intended for determination of features of use of outstanding object of cultural heritage, monument of architecture of national value, cult construction - Andreevsky church of the National reserve "Sofia Kiyevskaya", for the purpose of creation of conditions for implementation of Universal Patriarchy of church services by Church in Ukraine and ensuring realization of the rights of citizens to free religion.

Article 1. Determine that Andreevsky church of the National reserve "Sofia Kiyevskaya" (Kiev, Andreevsky descent, 23) (further - Andreevsky church) which is outstanding object of cultural heritage, monument of architecture of national value as the cult construction which is in state-owned property, is transferred to free permanent use to Universal Patriarchy for making of church services, religious practices, ceremonies and processions.

Article 2. Use of Andreevsky church Universal Patriarchy is performed with compliance with law about protection of cultural heritage.

Article 3. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

"Article 17-1. Features of transfer to use of outstanding object of cultural heritage, monument of architecture of national value, cult construction - Andreevsky church of the National reserve "Sofia Kiyevskaya"

Transfer to permanent use of the cult building of Andreevsky church of the National reserve "Sofia Kiyevskaya" is performed according to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the procedure, determined by the legislation, taking into account the features established by this Article and the separate law.

The cult construction which is state-owned property which is outstanding object of cultural heritage, monument of architecture of national value - Andreevsky church of the National reserve "Sofia Kiyevskaya" can be provided in permanent free use for making of church services, religious practices, ceremonies and processions according to the procedure, determined by this Article.

Transfer of the National reserve "Sofia Kiyevskaya" to Andreevsky church to permanent use does not involve exception it from the list of objects of immovable cultural heritage of the National reserve "Sofia Kiyevskaya".

The agreement on provision in permanent use of the cult building of Andreevsky church of the National reserve "Sofia Kiyevskaya" shall contain the following essential conditions: the name of cult construction as object of state-owned property, as monument of cultural heritage of national value, condition and the mode of use, preserving, protection and content in proper condition monument of national value, access to such sight according to the legislation on protection of cultural heritage, other conditions according to the legislation on protection of cultural heritage".

3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of entry into force of this Law:

provide according to the legislation and taking into account the features determined by this Law, transfer to permanent free use of cult construction, outstanding object of cultural heritage, monument of architecture of national value - Andreevsky church of the National reserve "Sofia Kiyevskaya" (Kiev, Andreevsky descent, 23);

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
