About approval of the Program "Start for young people: steady business in the native land"

In pursuance of article 15 of the Law No. 179/2016 on the small and medium companies (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 306-313, 651), Chapters of the IV Section 10 of the Agreement on association between the Republic of Moldova, on the one hand, both the European Union and European Atomic Energy Community and their state members, on the other hand, ratified by the Law No. 112/2014 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 185-199, 442), and for the purpose of support of young entrepreneurs, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

1) the Program "START for YOUNG PEOPLE: steady business in the native land" according to appendix No. 1;

2) Institutional structure of Coordinating committee of the Program "START for YOUNG PEOPLE: steady business in the native land", according to appendix No. 2:

2. Implementation of the Program to assign to the Organization for development of the sector of the small and medium companies in coordination with the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure.

3. Financial support of the Program to perform by budgetary financial means.

4. Activities for financing within the above-stated Program represent the scheme of the little significant help and fall under operation of the Law No. 139/2012 on government assistance and the Regulations on the little significant help approved by the decision of plenum of Competition council No. 2/2013.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure.

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
