No. 82-86, 661) DECIDES: the Government

1. Public institution "Head department on servicing of buildings of the Government of the Republic of Moldova" will be reorganized by merging (accession) with the State company by the Casa Presei complex. The rights and obligations of the joining legal entity completely pass to the accepting legal entity - Public institution "Head department on servicing of buildings of the Government of the Republic of Moldova".

2. The property of the State company the Casa Presei complex is transferred to Public institution "Head department on servicing of buildings of the Government of the Republic of Moldova" according to the Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of public property approved by the Order of the Government No. 901/2015.

3. The Casa Presei complex, in case of impossibility of its translation to perform release of personnel in connection with reorganization of the State company according to the labor law.

4. Approve the Charter of Public institution "Head department on servicing of buildings of the Government of the Republic of Moldova" it (is applied).

5. Establish the extreme number of staff of Public institution "Head department on servicing of buildings of the Government of the Republic of Moldova" in number of 542 established posts, with the annual salary fund according to the legislation.

6. State office:

1) to take all necessary actions for implementation of process of reorganization according to provisions of this resolution;

2) to create the commission on cession of property, the joining legal entity who is in management;

3) within 2 months to approve structure of Public institution "Head department on servicing of buildings of the Government of the Republic of Moldova";

4) within 3 months to develop and submit to the Government for approval drafts of the regulations necessary for application of this resolution.

7. The list of the services provided by Public institution "Head department on servicing of buildings of the Government of the Republic of Moldova", and rates for them affirm the Government.

8. To the agency of the state services to make necessary changes to the state registers according to the address of the owner.

9. In the Order of the Government No. 657/2009 about approval of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the State office, its structure and extreme number (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 162, of the Art. 724) to make the following changes:

Charter of Public institution "Head department on servicing of buildings of the Government of the Republic of Moldova"

I. General provisions

1. This Charter regulates mission, functions and the rights of Public institution "Head department on servicing of buildings of the Government of the Republic of Moldova" (further - Head department), and also the organization of activities, financing and property of Head department, accounting and the reporting.

2. The head department is public institution in which the State office acts as the founder which has seal with the image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Moldova, the name in state language and the treasurer accounts. The location of Head department is in municipium Chisinau.
