About approval of the Procedure for receipt of educational and creative degree of the doctor of art and training in assistantship training

According to the paragraph to the fifth "About the higher education" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides parts six of article 5 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Approve the Procedure for receipt of educational and creative degree of the doctor of art and training in assistantship training which is applied.

2. Determine what begun before entry into force of this resolution, is continued to prepare by institutions of the higher education of assistants-trainees within fixed term of preparation.

3. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Procedure for receipt of educational and creative degree of the doctor of art and training in assistantship training

General part

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of receipt of educational and creative degree of the doctor of art and training in assistantship training by job seekers of the higher education at the third (educational and creative) level (further - job seekers) in institutions of higher education of the art direction which perform training of specialists on art specialties of industry of knowledge "Culture and art".

2. Person has the right to receive educational and creative degree of the doctor of art in creative postgraduate study.

Training of job seekers in creative postgraduate study of institution of higher education of the art direction is performed:

on internal (day, evening) form of education;

on extramural studies (for persons performing professional creative art activity on principle place of employment in cultural institutions).

Training of job seekers can be performed out of creative postgraduate study (for persons performing scientific and pedagogical activities for principle place of employment in the relevant institution of higher education of the art direction).

3. The normative term of training of the doctor of art in creative postgraduate study constitutes three years.

The first stage of receipt of degree of the doctor of art in "Musical art" is the assistantship training.

Training of job seekers in assistantship training of institution of the higher education of the art direction is performed on internal (day) form of education. The normative term of training of job seekers in assistantship training constitutes one year.

For job seekers who successfully completed training in assistantship training and received the appropriate certificate preparation term in creative postgraduate study on the same specialty constitutes two years.

For job seekers who study out of creative postgraduate study preparation term for receipt of educational and creative degree of the doctor of art cannot exceed five years.

4. Institutions of higher education of the art direction perform educational activities at the third (educational and creative) level of the higher education for training of job seekers according to the obtained license for implementation of educational activities.

5. Receipt of educational and creative degree of the doctor of art at the third (educational and creative) level of the higher education is performed:
