1. Approve on representation of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection:
1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 1 waste (Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources) "Report on the treatment of production wastes" it (is applied) and to enact it starting with the report for 2018;
1.2. Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1 waste (Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources) "Report on the treatment of production wastes" (are applied) and to enact them starting with the report for 2018.
2. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities, the separate divisions of legal entities having separate balance, performing the activities connected with the treatment of production wastes (except legal entities, separate divisions of the legal entities having separate balance at whom only production wastes, similar to waste of life activity of the population, waste of paper and cardboard from clerical activities and clerical work, waste of packaging paper, cardboard, corrugated cardboard uncontaminated, fluorescent tubes the fulfilled, compact luminescent lamps (energy saving) fulfilled, mercury lamps fulfilled are formed at the total amount of such waste of 50 and less tons per year).
