About classification of the products impregnated with insecticidal and acaricidal substances according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union

1. The bracelet made of the polymeric material impregnated with insecticidal substance, applied to scaring away of blood-sicking insects, which is packed up in packaging for retail sale according to the Basic rule of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1 is classified in goods item of the 3808th single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.
2. The collar made of the polymeric material impregnated with insecticidal and acaricidal substances, applied to destruction and scaring away ektoparazitovzhivotny (fleas, pincers, etc.), which is packed up in packaging for retail sale according to the Basic rule of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1 is classified in goods item of the 3808th single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.
3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
