2. To anti-monopoly service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan together with open joint-stock holding company of "Barka Tochik" to develop the price list No. 09-01-2018 "Rates for electrical and heat energy".
3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 29, 2017, No. 412 "About rates for electrical and heat energy".
4. Enter this resolution in operation since November 1, 2018.
