About rates for electrical and heat energy

1. Approve rates for the electrical and heat energy released by open joint-stock holding company of "Barka Tochik" for consumers (except for the state unitary enterprise "Tajik Aluminium Company") it (is applied).
2. To anti-monopoly service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan together with open joint-stock holding company of "Barka Tochik" to develop the price list No. 09-01-2018 "Rates for electrical and heat energy".
3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 29, 2017, No. 412 "About rates for electrical and heat energy".
4. Enter this resolution in operation since November 1, 2018.
