Ensuring fire safety is integral part of the state activities for protection of life and human health, national wealth and the surrounding environment. This Law determines general legal, economic and social basis of ensuring fire safety in the territory of Ukraine, governs the relations of state bodies, legal entities and physical persons in this industry irrespective of type of their activities and patterns of ownership.
