These rules establish procedure for collection and generalization of information on quality of conditions of rendering services by the organizations in the field of culture, health protection, education, social servicing and federal institutions of medico-social examination (further respectively - information on quality of conditions of rendering services, the organizations of the social sphere). Collection and generalization of the specified information are performed for the purpose of carrying out independent quality evaluation of conditions of rendering services by the organizations of the social sphere in the current year (further - independent quality evaluation).
