About Limiting approval of rates for public telecommunication services and recognition by NKRSI which voided decisions of November 28, 2017 No. 606
According to Articles 18, 66 Laws of Ukraine "About telecommunications" the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization, RESHILA:
1. Approve such which are applied:
Limiting 1) rates for public telecommunication services for the period from November 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018 inclusive;
Limiting 2) rates for public telecommunication services for the period since January 1, 2019.
2. Declare invalid the decision of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization, of November 28, 2017 No. 606 "About Limiting approval of rates for public telecommunication services and recognition by NKRSI which voided decisions of November 8, 2016 No. 589", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 18, 2017 for No. 1523/31391.
3. To submit to department of the economic analysis together with Legal support department in the procedure established by the legislation this decision on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. The decision becomes effective since November 1, 2018, but not earlier than day of its official publication.
