2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction its in electronic form in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within two working days after enforcement of this order placement it on Internet resource of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within two working days after execution of the actions provided by this Item, submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of actions.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6) the transfer by orders (requests) of physical persons and legal entities of archive documents to electronic form, except for the archive documents specified in Item 1 of article 15-1 of the Law;

7) organization and carrying out for orders (requests) of physical persons and legal entities of documentary exhibitions;

8) identification by orders (requests) of physical persons and legal entities of information of genealogical and thematic natures;

9) development of lists of documents with indication of storage durations, nomenclatures of cases;

10) edition and realization of methodical literature, collections of archive documents, educational and other publications;
