In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 4, 2018, and also for the purpose of increase in efficiency of activities of non-state non-profit organizations, the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. UP-5430 "About Measures for Radical Increase in Role of Institutes of Civil Society in the course of Democratic Updating of the Country":
1. Approve Regulations on order of interaction of judicial authorities with other state bodies, public authorities on places, law enforcement agencies on identification of the non-state non-profit organizations violating the law according to appendix.
2. To the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. K. Davletov.
