RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF THE AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC

About statement of structure of the minimum consumer goods basket in the Azerbaijan Republic

(as amended on 02-02-2018)

For the purpose of ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About subsistence minimum" of December 29, 2004 the No. 170 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Approve "Structure of the minimum consumer goods basket in the Azerbaijan Republic" it (is applied).

2. To the Ministry of Economics of the Azerbaijan Republic together with the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Health, the State committee according to the statistics, Confederation of labor unions of Azerbaijan, the public scientific institutions and the organizations, non-governmental organizations of times in three years to review structure of consumer goods basket and to represent the offers to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic.

3. To the Ministry of Economy and Industry and the State committee according to the statistics to develop technique of forming of the minimum consumer goods basket and calculation of subsistence minimum, to approve it with the relevant executive authorities and to approve.

4. According to the statistics of the Azerbaijan Republic to provide to the state committee calculation of cost of the minimum consumer goods basket in the Azerbaijan Republic and its publication of times in year in official state publications.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing
