About approval of the Order of registration, re-registration of the unemployed and accounting of faces which are looking for work

According to part two of article 43 of the Law of Ukraine "About employment of the population" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Order of registration, re-registrations of the unemployed and accounting of persons who are looking for work which is applied.

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2019.

Order of registration, re-registrations of the unemployed and accounting of persons who are looking for work

General part

1. This Procedure determines the procedure of registration, re-registration of the unemployed and accounting of persons who are looking for work, branch of jobcenter of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city jobcenter, and also city, district, city jobcenter of public service of employment (further - jobcenter).

2. In this Procedure terms are used in such value:

the career adviser - the employee of jobcenter which according to this Procedure provides the organization of provision of services to persons who look for work, registered unemployed persons performs escort of such persons for the purpose of their further employment;

accounting of persons who are looking for work - introduction of data on persons who are looking for work into Single information and analytical system of public service of employment;

person who looks for work, - person who addressed to jobcenter for the purpose of receipt of services in assistance in employment;

the unemployed re-registration - updating of the previous registration of the unemployed if after its termination the unemployed did not find a job;

the termination of registration of the unemployed - deprivation of person (loss by person) of the status of the registered unemployed person;

profiling - system of assessment of degree of motivation of work of person who is looking for work or the unemployed, demand for their profession in the labor market, employment opportunity, the risk of long-term unemployment and scoping and types of service provided for the purpose of their integration into the labor market;

registration of the unemployed - provision to person who looks for work, the status of the registered unemployed person.

3. Accounting of persons who are looking for work is carried out by jobcenter, irrespective of the registered place of residence or stay of such persons.

Processing of personal data of persons who are looking for work is performed by jobcenter according to the law.

4. For registration in jobcenter of person which look for work:

1) are shown:

citizens of Ukraine - the passport of the citizen of Ukraine or other identity document and confirming citizenship of Ukraine;
