1. Approve such which are applied:

form of the notification on conducting exit check;

form of the act of counteraction to control;

reference form by results of control of effective management of assets in the form of exit check;

reference form by results of control of effective management of assets in the form of cameral check.

2. To officials of the National agency of Ukraine concerning identification, search and asset management, received from corruption and other crimes to use the document forms approved by this order during control of effective management of assets.

3. To management concerning asset management of the National agency of Ukraine concerning identification, search and asset management, received from corruption and other crimes (Butcher V.S.) to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
