About approval of the Procedure for maintaining the Register of auditors and subjects of auditor activities

According to part seven of article 20 of the Law of Ukraine "About financial records audit and auditor activities" PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve the Procedure for maintaining the Register of auditors and subjects of auditor activities (further - the Procedure) which is applied.

2. Determine that for the purpose of primary forming of the Register of auditors and subjects of auditor activities (further - the Register):

auditors whose effective period of certificates did not expire till October 1, 2018 shall give till October 31, 2018 to Auditor chamber of Ukraine registration form in which to specify the data which are subject to promulgation in the Register according to the Law of Ukraine "About financial records audit and auditor activities" (further - the Law);

auditing firms and auditors who are registered as physical persons - entrepreneurs who had the right to implementation of auditor activities as of October 1, 2018 shall give till October 31, 2018 to Auditor chamber of Ukraine registration form in which to specify the data which are subject to promulgation in the Register according to the Law.

3. Persons specified in Item 2 of this order are subject to obligatory entering by Auditor chamber of Ukraine into the Register.

The authorized person of Auditor chamber of Ukraine within three working days from the date of receipt of registration form enters data on persons specified in Item 2 of this order in the Sections "Auditors" and "Subjects of Auditor Activities" of the Register.

During primary forming of the Register entering of data into the Sections "Subjects of Auditor Activities Which Have the Right to Book Statutory Audit of the Financial Reporting" and "Subjects of Auditor Activities Which Have the Right to Book Statutory Audit of the Financial Reporting of the Companies Which Are of Public Interest" is performed based on the statement for entering of data into the Register constituted according to appendix 2 to the Procedure according to the criteria established by items 4 and 5 undressed ІІ About, taking into account the following:

the existing Certificate on passing of check of quality control system granted by Auditor chamber of Ukraine before Date of Introduction in operation of the Law is the basis for entering of the relevant information into the Register;

promulgation of the report on transparency for 2017 is not required.

4. Before introduction of functioning of the automated computer system of the Register by Auditor chamber of Ukraine the Register on the structure provided by the Section II of the Procedure on papers with indication of the data provided by the Section III of the Procedure which will be promulgated on the Internet on the web page of Auditor chamber of Ukraine in format which makes impossible modification of these data by other interested users is kept.

5. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of forecasting of budget receipts and methodology of financial accounting:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

6. This order becomes effective since October 1, 2018, but not earlier than day of its official publication.

7. I reserve control of execution of this order.

1. This Procedure determines procedure for creation and maintaining the Register of auditors and subjects of auditor activities (further - the Register).

2. In this Procedure terms are used in the following values:

the applicant auditor or the subject of auditor activities representing to Inspectorate for quality assurance Organa of public supervision of auditor activities (further - Inspection) information containing in the Register according to article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "About financial records audit and auditor activities";
