Since July 1, 2014 to establish rates for heat energy and hot water for consumers of JSC Bishkekteploset and structural divisions of JSC Elektricheskiye stantsii, for the consumers of JSC Bishkekteploset receiving heat energy in vapor and also for the population receiving heat energy and hot water from boiler GP "Kyrgyzzhilkommunsoyuz", KP of Bishkekteploenergo and other companies according to appendix 1.
2. Recognize voided since July 1, 2014 Resolutions of Executive council of State department on regulation of fuel and energy complex in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic "About rates for heat energy, hot water supply and maintenance of intra house systems of heat supply" of April 21, 2010 No. 94 and "About rates for vapor for JSC Bishkekteploset of June 29, 2011 No. 156.
3. To department of tariff, price regulation and complex analysis of State department of regulation of fuel and energy complex under the Ministry of Energy and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring this order to the attention of the heatsupplying organizations.
4. I reserve control of execution of this order.
